Conxall is currently seeking for a Receiving Clerk to receive, inspect, and record shipments with raw material or products. A receiving clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload shipments as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers. This position is located at our Villa Park location.

Responsibilities include:

- Loading/unloading trucks by hand or using material handling equipment.
- Receiving and account for all incoming materials.
- Identify and report damaged materials.
- Handle related paperwork, check material received against the quantities ordered, report discrepancies.
- Breakdown large quantities of parts into smaller containers by taking sample counts.
- Ensure that all stock raw materials are stocked properly.
Help maintain stock locations in the warehouse.
- Deliver incoming or requested materials to appropriate departments.
- Assist with general activities of QC and shipping.
- Work with supervisor to maintain good record keeping and housekeeping practices involving inventory.
- Assist inventory clerk to ensure that transactions are properly recorded in the computer system.
- Make recommendations for improvements to the receiving process or inventory system.
- Perform other duties as required.

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable. Duties include verification and reconciliation of vouchers, invoices, expense reports, and prioritizing payments by preparing ACH batches, wire transfer documentation, and check runs. The accounting Assistant is responsible for resolving issues between accounting and suppliers and responds to vendor inquires by researching and correcting discrepancies. Duties also include accurate coding of MRO purchases and maintaining logs and documents. The Accounting Assistant prepares various journal entries at month end and completing and distributing Forms 1096 an 1099 annually.

Requirements:
- Associates degree in Accounting
- Working knowledge of ERP computer systems
- Strong work ethics, team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Word Knowledge of sales and use tax laws
- NAV Microsoft Dynamics
- Financial/MFG Software
- INFOR Software
- IFS Software

Switchcraft is currently looking for a HVAC Mechanic with experience to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and evaluates the condition of our heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

Candidate must have/requires:
- A strong electrical background
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- A minimum of 7-10 years experience
