Apologue

Had a real RAD time last week. Food was fire (Snap Peas FTW) and the bar program is just as sharp. This one caught the eye and did not disappoint:

Gin, Aquavit, Dill, Strawberry, Apologue Celery Root, Lemon.

We’ve had (and made) many a Celery Root cocktail over the years and this might be the first one we’ve seen that paired our liqueur with Strawberry. A very cool flavor combo and a delicious cocktail 🏆!
