"My job is to keep people moving!" *PILATES PLEASE!
During this dark rainy season, I've agreed to be a guest instructor at a friend's Pilates studio.
I've taught 16 classes since the first of the year and given as many therapeutic massages! Two more days as Pilates instructor to go.
I think is it a sign. Keep them moving! Keep them in good health!!
