Factory Direct Homes wants to give a big shout out to Christy Stewart and Marvin for buying their forever home! Marvin is a proud veteran that served our country and we want to give a big thank you to him. Christy and Marvin worked with Alicia Cabral designing their home and it is absolutely stunning! The Stewart’s were so grateful and easy to work with. We are thankful they chose Factory Direct and want to wish them many happy years in their beautiful home together. Welcome Home Christy and Marvin!

The staff at Factory Direct Homes would like to extend a very special thank you to Larry and Corrine Wilson.

Larry and Corrine purchased their forever home with us, and Kaden M. had the pleasure of being their salesperson. Not only did they enjoy working with Kaden, but this project was especially meaningful as one of his first since joining our sales team. While Kaden is new to Factory Direct Homes, he brings years of experience in manufactured housing—something Corrine shared she truly appreciated.

She noted that no matter the question, Kaden always took the time to listen and provide thorough, thoughtful answers. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he made sure to find it and follow up—every time.

Today, we had the honor of visiting their beautiful property to deliver the keys to their new home. While some exterior work is still in progress—using wood Larry is milling himself from trees on his land—the craftsmanship and vision already on display are truly impressive.

Thank you again, Larry and Corrine, for the trust you placed in us and for the patience and grace you showed throughout the process. We know building a home can be stressful, and you were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We wish you many happy years in your new home!

Golden Pacific Homes will be closed on Thursday 11/27 & Friday 11/28 for Thanksgiving. We wil reopen Saturday 11/29. We all wish you a safe and wonderful holiday.
