🌾 A Note From Your Trainer: Respect the Time, Respect the Work 🌾

Being a horse trainer isn’t just riding horses. It’s early mornings, long days, and putting heart and soul into every horse — and every rider.
When we take time to talk about your horse, your goals, or your feelings — that’s more than a chat. That’s called a consultation. It’s part of our job, our business, and our passion.

Even when we become friends, when we share dreams and show goals — those conversations still take time and energy. Time we could be spending with our families, resting our bodies, or helping another client.

Sometimes we squeeze in last-minute lessons when we could’ve been with our kids, our spouses, or simply catching our breath.
Not because we have to — but because we care. Because your goals matter to us. And sometimes, we set aside our own dreams for a moment so we can help you chase yours.

The time it takes to video your practice run of your lesson ,Horse Show or pictures or that run to check out a new horse. The 2-hour lesson that should have been 1 hour that we only got paid for 1 hour.❤️

We love what we do. We want to help your horse succeed. We want to help you become a better communicator and a better rider.
But please remember — this profession takes years to build, and it takes a lot out of us to give the best we can to each horse and rider.

💡 So if you’re working with a trainer, be respectful. Be honest. Be kind with their time and your own.
Because you’re not the only one with big dreams — your trainer has them too.

And if you’re sending your horse to be trained but not getting the training yourself, remember: it’s hard to bring the horse along without you.

We’re in the trenches together. Let’s keep it built on trust, work ethic, and mutual respect.
