Yay! I am so excited to spend the weekend providing bodywork for this group! Tennis, like all competitive sports, places uneven demands your body. Certain muscle groups are overworked while others are neglected. Regular bodywork that addresses imbalances will increase longevity of your joints and can help to prevent injuries. I’ll be doing private sessions this time around so if you didn’t get a session at the spring open nows your chance! I’ll be doing deep tissue massage and Fascial Stretch Therapy(FST). Hope to see you on my table!
