Throwback to when I thought I was fat but now I actually am fat and I'm just trying to get back to looking like this photo 😅

Throughout the years I've had clients tell me how their size affects how other people treat them. I was sympathetic, but now I am empathetic. I can confirm this is true.

People are downright rude! I've lost track of how many random people in the gym make comments to my face such as "you've gained a lot of weight" or "Don't worry, your face is still beautiful, it's just your body that isn't" .... like where does this audacity come from?! Has nobody heard of metabolic dysfunction?!

Love yourself no matter what size BUT love yourself enough to change what isn't healthy.

This isn't a "woe is me" post. This is a "I also struggle with weight and we're in this health journey together" post. 💪
