Two By Two Ranch & Petting Zoo

I’m still recovering from getting about 7 hours of sleep combined from the last 2 days but it was all worth it. I need to catch up on sharing about our other goats but hoping we can find some pictures for that.

For claiming to not be a “LaMancha Breeder” we are sure having fun with our little crew. I got a kick out of a friend asking what the heck I was doing with something other than a Nigerian or a Nubian and my answer is that’s what happened when you go to a show unsupervised 🤣.

SWEET 2 BY 2 SHADY LADY brought home 2x 🥇, 1x RCH 🏅& 1x GCH 🏆 at her first show as a little October born dry yearling.

Showing goats is a blast but it’s also a vessel for the relationships and connections we make which matter the most. This show has been my favorite of the year so far for the quality time we got to have together. It was amazing to share the day with my best friend Josh who is to blame for this addiction and makes the best teammate. I had the honor of helping Fauna with her beautiful Wingwood Nubians where I always learn something. Then there was this crazy family that calls themselves Stomping C Farms that I can’t ever seem to get away from 🤣. JK they make sure the day is filled with laughter and a good time. There are so many others too that were great to visit with, celebrate each other and share the joy of goating.

I know I'm mostly post the goats because they are so adorable. But we also take other animals out when we have them. Those that have seen me out with my bright pink bucket know that there is usually baby birds of some sort in there. We have baby chicks this month that are spreading joy. I love all the memories and stories that I hear from my friends at the senior living facilities.
