HYDRATE 💦- Stay hydrated by drinking clean filtered water throughout the day. I recommend drinking a glass of water upon waking to start your day off hydrated. I personally have been adding drops to my water to ensure I am being hydrated on a cellular level by having adequate minerals. I have really felt a difference since incorporating them. Also remember to eat lots of hydrating foods like fruits and vegetables 🍊🍋🥑🫐🥦🥕
SUPPORTIVE SKINCARE 💫- My skincare approach is all about understanding how the skin functions (it’s really amazing how much it does for itself) and instead of hindering this process with toxic ingredients or harsh topicals, I recommend supporting it by using nourishing skincare that will only make it able to function better, giving you your healthiest skin!
SIMPLIFY 🤍- Less truly is more when it comes to skincare! We are so bombarded by skincare companies marketing telling us we need a 10+ step routine 🙄 and we need to exfoliate our skins outer layer off 🥵. In reality they are just trying to turn profits, so the more you “need” the more they make. You can use a few truly supportive skin products and have much healthier happier skin!
BE GENTLE 🫶🏼- make sure you are using a soft delicate touch when doing your skincare and doing upward motions. Be especially delicate around the eye area. I recommend giving yourself a face massage 1-2x a day when doing your skincare. It’s a way to give yourself some self care and is amazing for skin health.
DO YOUR SKINCARE EARLY ⏰- When you get home for the day, do your skincare as early as possible! Don’t wait until it’s late and you are tired and don’t have the energy to do a good job. You want to make sure you remove all makeup gently and effectively and allow your skincare to absorb before you hit the pillow 💤!

You may read this and think, okay no worries I don’t really eat much of these oils anyways… well I would go into your kitchen and start reading the ingredients labels on your packaged food and you will be amazed at how prevalent these oils are…. It’s shocking!
These oils are in everything from most packaged food (crackers, chips, salad dressing, mayo, condiments, sometimes even a can of beans!!) they’re literally everywhere!
Want to know why? They’re incredibly cheap! Unfortunately they are unhealthy for our bodies and a great thing to cut out if you’re looking to improve your overall health and heal your skin.
Thankfully there are amazing replacements for all of the items you use that contain these oils! Healthy oils are listed on the last slide. I plan on sharing more healthy food content to help you replace items in your kitchen for healthier options that are just as tasty!
