This last Sunday, Susan chose chaos and asked the kids if she could have their donut after service. 🍩😂

The answers were overwhelmingly… no.

Honestly, I respect it. A donut is a donut.

But one sweet little guy said yes, took a bite, and then handed it to me like it was the greatest act of generosity known to mankind. 🥹❤️

Pastor Jahai was definitely stepping on some toes this weekend. 👀

One of the biggest takeaways: a man’s first priority isn’t success, comfort, or even his marriage—it’s honoring God. From that place, he’s called to love his wife the same way Christ loved the Church: sacrificially, selflessly, and with unwavering commitment.

Not every message is easy to hear, but sometimes the truth is exactly what we need. Grateful for a sermon that challenges us to raise the standard and live God’s design, not culture’s version of it. 🙌

Today was filled with children being dedicated, families showing up to support one another, and moments that reminded us of God’s faithfulness across generations. There is something special about watching families commit to raising their children in the ways of the Lord while being surrounded by a church community that loves and supports them.

Days like yesterday are a reminder that the Church is more than a building—it’s a family. 💛
