Job description:
A production manager is responsible for the cleaning of incoming laundry and distributing the laundry to the pressers. They are also responsible for spot treatments and quality control. The production manager will be delivering laundry to our different locations as needed as well as pick up and delivery to clients if needed. The perfect candidate is a fast learner, energetic individual who is a team leader and a problem solver. they are someone who is detail oriented and have great time management skills.
We will provide paid training for the first two weeks and will be available for assistance as needed.
Salary $19-22 hr DOE.

We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to serve as our customers' main point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Front Desk Clerk responsibilities include welcoming customers, receiving incoming inventory and outgoing sales, providing information about prices and services, bagging and preparing ready orders for pick up, and following up on orders and making sure they are ready for when clients need them. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in retail or any kind of customer experience, we’d like to meet you and welcome you into our work family!

Responsibilities

Perform all check out and sales (cash and credit card handling)
Receive incoming orders and enter them into the tagging system.
Quality check on ready items. Making sure our service is of the highest quality and up to customers standards
Bag and prepare ready items for pick up.
Follow up with the service plant and making sure items ready in a timely manner.
answer phone calls and answer customer inquiries regarding pricing and services.
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
