Half Beef for sale!

$3000 cut, wrapped, and ready for your freezer.

This beautiful beef carcass dressed at 837 #!

Each half yields:
-Approx 200 # of cuts
-Approx 100 # of ground beef

Cuts include brisket, shanks, chuck steaks and roasts, ribeye, crossrib steaks, short ribs (Korean and English cut), t-bone, porterhouse, filet mignon, skirt steak, flank, top sirloin steaks, tri-tip, sirloin-tip steaks and roasts, carne asada, stew meat, bones, and kidney fat!

We have 2 halves available! First come, first served.

The Meats Lab is open every Thursday and Friday from 8-5.
