Summer is here!!! And the fire element is beginning to active. The Fire element relates to action, communication, connection, expansion, expression, love, passion and vibrancy. It is directly associated with summer.
When Fire is in balance love, excitement, growth, fun, love, laughter, joy, happiness, self expression, activity, confidence, selflessness, and the ability to set healthy boundaries manifests.
It’s time to realign, re-balance, and activate the fire element within us just like the earth is doing right now.

We meet at the base of the mountain and we will walk up together on the main road. You are more than welcome to come a little earlier and walk up the trails and meet us at the top if you’re interested. This is a donation based event. This event is open to the public. All levels are welcome as well!!! If you do preregister, please dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a yoga mat or blanket. And bring plenty of water.
