In 2013, he founded *Custom Rehab right here in Chubbuck, where he has loved serving the community ever since.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Jared mountain biking, coaching baseball, or spending quality time with his family. 🚴⚾👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
