Journey Into Adulthood Expo: Navigating New Horizons

We are excited to announce the first Journey into Adulthood Expo that will be held in person THIS November. This one-day expo will feature breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and an exhibit hall. Our vision is to provide a one-stop shop for learning and expanding our knowledge about disabled youth moving into adulthood. Attendees will have ongoing exposure to our sponsors and vendors throughout the event. Our target audience is youth and adults with disabilities, their families, educators, service providers, county boards, state organizations, community members, and parent mentors.

Join a wide array of professionals and organizations from across education, healthcare, and social services for a powerful day of learning, collaboration, and innovation focused on supporting youth and young adults with disabilities and/or special healthcare needs as they move into adulthood.
