We are now one month away from our first show in half a decade.

We are older. Our bodies hurt more than they did before. We were many, and then we were few. Some of us have been here always, and some of us were here and gone.

We forgot how to play some songs. We wrote some new ones. We forgot those too. We raged in cold winter rooms and sweated in boiling heat. We were five stories up by elevator. We were in the basement beneath whirring machines. We were home. We were states away.

We missed you, we thought nothing of you, we missed you again. We bought shiny new guitars and then we buried them in the dirt.

We look great for our age.

We hope to see you out there.
