MOTM - October. Forearm plank facing back - generally considered an intermediate contemporary reformer move, you'll see this a lot at Attune. Showing three variations here: traditional heel pull, overhead arm press, pike to plank, carriage, movement. Like all planks, we’re working all postal lines against gravity. That means legs are on, core is on, glutes are on, scapular stabilization is on. Through the different variations, we challenge each stability point. Come find out why moving planks are so much fun.
