Every engineer has a story, and Dillan Powell’s started with curiosity, encouragement, and a love for building.

Inspired by teachers and peers in high school, Dillan developed an early passion for math, especially calculus and physics, along with a hands-on interest in building things and understanding how they work. That combination set the foundation for his path into engineering.

It is stories like Dillan’s that remind us that engineering often starts with curiosity, support, and the confidence to keep exploring what is possible.
