We are looking to hire a warehouse clerk -permanent full-time; but while we are looking we'd love to hire someone to fill in for 4-6 weeks. Could be full or part-time.

Job Duties:

Purchasing

Issue POs to field technicians
Issue POs and order parts from suppliers for main warehouse, technicians’ trucks, and job and service calls.

Inventory

Maintain standard inventory quantities
Fill truck stock replacement sheets for technicians
Notify dispatcher of receipt of non-stock parts
Track refrigerant purchases and sales
Responsible to maintain accurate inventory counts and perform annual physical inventory of all locations

Shipping and receiving

Ship customer orders and return warranty parts
Receive orders from local vendors
Unload equipment
Mark receipts for jobs or service calls and notify dispatcher of receipt
Put stock inventory into proper locations

Return warranty parts to suppliers and insure credit is received.

Maintain all inventory and PO records

Skills:

Operate fork truck
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Computer skills
