Through round-the-clock coordination and ex*****on, we delivered a fully repaired screw and nut assembly in just 16 days from the date of failure. For perspective, the typical lead time for a new assembly of this size is approximately 32 weeks.

The accelerated turnaround was made possible through close coordination across Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Shipping to prioritize production and execute without delay.
