This week we have been celebrating with office gatherings around the country to highlight the strides we have made to put care in motion since 2011!

There have been a lot of highs, lows, wins, and strategic pivots over our history to provide organizations with high-quality talent and enable that talent to do their best work. We wouldn't be here without the continuous dedication of our team members, and it was so great to reflect on everyone's contributions.

Let's take a walk down memory lane to recount some of the core moments over the years:
💙2011: ProLink Staffing, LLC founded
💙2018: Surpassed 1,000 talent on assignment
💙2021: Crossed a major revenue milestone
💙2023: Emerged from our rebrand as simply Prolink, the ProLink Staffing name is retired
💙2026: Three divisions—Prolink, ProMSP, and Continuum—established to better serve our clients

This leadership summit will be hard to beat! It was great bringing together our leaders from across the organization for a few days at our headquarters in Cincinnati to discuss how we can all empower our teams to power progress by putting care in motion.

We collaborated on the role each of our departments play in driving operational efficiency, tech enablement, and talent development. Leaving with a renewed focus, we are energized to tackle the initiatives coming in the second half of the year.
