Dockside Brewing Co. celebrated their three year anniversary this past Saturday. It's hard, even for us, to believe it's been that long. Tonight, raise your pints and snifters into the air and give a cheers to all of our brews still to come. Cheers!

Our Dockside Revival last Sunday was a huge success. Both test batches are headed in the right direction. The winner of the two experiments will eventually move on to the big rig for larger production. No, not the typical Fall styles, but happiness none the less. See the DOCKet for details.

We are also excited to announce the 3rd annual Neltner Series Pumpkin will soon rear it's spicy head. Always a crowd pleaser, our Neltner Series Pumpkin starts with roasting flawless squash from Neltner's Farm in Camp Springs, Kentucky. Go there, it is a magical place.

It's bottling day in Chicago as we put the caps on our latest batch of Druish Princess. A few bottles will be available to those willing to pick them up in Logan Square, or you can stop by today for a pint poured fresh from the keg. Cheers!

It's brew day in Chicago as we cook up a Light Hybrid Blonde Ale in hopes of summoning some warmer days. It will be our first batch of this 5.5% ABV light and crisp brew. Cheers!
