We are thrilled to announce two exciting new tenants in the Cincinnati market. Liberty Pointe in Liberty Township is now fully leased. We are proud to welcome two fantastic new tenants to the center.

A special congratulations 🎉 to Parlor Doughnuts on selecting Liberty Pointe for their second location as they continue their expansion across Cincinnati. It was a pleasure representing the Landlord in securing both locations. A huge thank you to Parlor Doughnuts representatives, Blake Hasslebeck and Jason Gibson with Anchor Associates, for a great collaboration on this deal.

We are excited to welcome CheeZaatar, an authentic Mediterranean Manakish (flatbread) concept expanding from Canada into the Cincinnati market. Midland Retail is representing the franchise and currently seeking second-generation restaurant space:
