Here are some of the most common hacks you guys ask me about for helping manage perimenopause & menopause symptoms! 👌🏻
✅ Castor Oil: Let me know if you want me to make a full video about castor oil benefits and how to use it! 👀
❌ Wild Yam Cream: You can try wild yam cream to see if it helps relieve any symptoms, but most women benefit more from progesterone therapy.
✅ Shilajit: This is an excellent source of trace minerals which is great for energy & immune health. (I also like sea moss, burdock root, & sea salt)
✅ Hormone Therapy: This is obviously the ultimate hack for perimenopause symptom management 🤌🏻
❌ Cold Plunge: I love cold exposure for nervous system regulation, I’m just not a fan of full body cold plunging. (It could be too stressful on your body if you are already feeling dysregulated)
✅ Dandelion Root: Excellent for hormonal bloating & water retention. You can also try fennel, ginger, & hibiscus tea
✅ Valsava Maneuvar: This is a great tool to quickly reset your nervous system regulation. (I would recommend looking up a video on YouTube for a better demonstration. 😂)
❓Acupuncture: I’ve never tried it, but I’ve heard great things. What do you guys think? 🤔

Even though we technically don’t *need* labs to diagnose , we still need labs to safely treat perimenopause symptoms. This should be an absolute non-negotiable! 🙏🏼
If your doctor tries to tell you they can’t run labs for perimenopause , they either don’t know what labs to run, or they simply don’t know how to interpret your labs in the context of perimenopause. 🤷🏻♀️
