Guys… it happened. And I’m still kind of trying to figure it all out. The full range and roller coaster of emotions.

Someone sent me an email yesterday that said when they released their first book they felt… joy, dissociation, incredulousness, gratitude, and immense pride.

I think I she was right. All the feels. But mostly grateful and excited for this book to keep getting in the right hands.

Keep spreading the word. The first week makes all the difference. And please leave a review when you can. ;)

The first reviews are in…

I’m grateful to say the least.

What Is the Book About? 📚

It’s subtle—the way our culture tells us what to love.
If we’re not careful, we fall in step without even realizing it—swept up in stories that were never really ours.

I’ve seen this play out in our closets.
Because closets aren’t just where we hold our clothes—
they reflect how we make choices.

What we’ve absorbed.
What we believe about who we should be.

Our closets speak.
So does everything we carry inside them.

This was my story.

My closet was overflowing with pieces I never really chose—they were there because someone else said they should be.
And in many ways… my life was too.

Then I discovered the beauty of building a capsule wardrobe.
And in the process, I found a way to return to myself.

This book follows that same path.

But instead of decluttering clothes,
this time, I began decluttering stories—
the ones quietly shaping my days, my decisions, and my sense of self.

I learned how to be myself in a world that keeps asking us to be someone else. I wouldn’t dare guess what stories are driving your life.
But I know we all have them.

I know how eventually, the clutter becomes too much.
The noise. The pressure.
The overpacked “shoulds.”

Until there’s no choice but to face what we’ve stuffed in the back for far too long.

I wrote this book to make sense of my life.
But if I’m honest—I hope it finds its way to someone who’s ready to do the same.

2 Weeks Out!! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, July 8th!

Bonus news: Audiobook will also be released on the day. :)

The popular rule (33 items for 3 months) isn’t mandatory. Your capsule can be as large or small as you need. The main idea is that you only own what you wear and love. And don’t be afraid to normalize repeat outfits.

Creating a capsule with a style that looks and feels like you has more to do with intention than hitting the perfect number. So if you’re looking for a place to start. First, ask yourself this:

What items can I not live without? Then consider, parting ways with the rest.
