Both the Enquirer - Cincinnati and Kentucky and Cincinnati Business Courier recently shared bi3 President and CEO Jill Miller’s message to the Greater Cincinnati community regarding rising infant mortality rates.

We all benefit when moms and babies get support before, during, and after pregnancy. Those supports get stronger with community-led approaches.
