These tasted good. I think I could’ve sweetened the cream cheese a bit but overall it was a good dessert.

Happy Tasty Tuesday! Tasty Tuesday Dessert: Jackfruit filled puff pastry

Jackfruit tastes like a combination of mango and pear. It is sweet like a banana, not overpowering. I really enjoyed this fruit.

So I puréed the jackfruit and added unflavored gelatin for it to be a little thicker. Then filled the puff pastry with it.

Puréed Jackfruit tasted like applesauce.

Happy Tasty Tuesday! Tasty Tuesday Dessert: Triple Berry Muffins with Longan fruit

Longan fruit is similar to the rambutan and Lychee. I think it has a sweeter taste and is more noticeable than other two.
