Breads and bagels naturally-fermented with a wild yeast levain.

Asheville is a place dear to my heart. We first visited in 2014, and immediately fell in love. We've made other trips throughout that region in the years since, including to Boone and Chimney Rock. I've been absolutely wrecked at what has happened with the devastation. I'll be collecting donations for the flood victims at the market Saturday; please see my pinned post for suggested items. I'll also be taking donations via my Venmo that morning, and I'll be sending all funds directly to a vetted account where the money will be used to pay for gas and fuel for both victims and folks transporting supplies to those who otherwise cannot access distribution centers. Please consider contributing. My totes can hold a LOT of stuff, and my trailer will be ready to haul!

This Saturday from 9-12pm I'll be emptying the totes and slanging bread, and I hope to fill the totes back up with donations for the flood victims. Nothing is too small or too big - I've got a large trailer that can literally hold a car LOL. Bring it on! I'll be delivering donations immediately after the Deerfield Township Farmers Market so that they can make their way to eastern Tennessee. See the image below for suggested, critical items that are needed in these early days.

I’ll be out at Deerfield tomorrow morning from 9-12pm with sourdough breads, granola, cinnamon rolls, and more! There is so much delicious local produce in season right now, including cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, carrots, and honestly just too much to mention here. Come out and support your local farmers. The pavilion is open all summer, even if the bridge isn’t. We’re just a short detour away. It’s so important to keep shopping local as much as you can so we can create ands sustain vibrant local food supply chains ❤️🍓🐔👩🏼‍🌾👨🏼‍🌾🍞🌽🫛🥬🫐🥐🧄
