There are a few ways to unpack stress with NET. The way we approach conscious mental stress that we are aware of is through Mind-Entry.

To begin Mind-Entry NET, we create a sentence that starts with “I’m OK” followed by whatever it is you want to be true.

Sometimes it’s being ok with positive things like getting healthy, feeling strong, making money, falling in love.

Sometimes it’s being ok with hard things like loss, growth, change, disappointment.

The point of being ok with it all is to feel neutral about it. To diffuse the highly charged emotions and make way for peace and calm.

Being ok with making money won’t take away from your excitement or motivation and it makes room for calm, rational thought so you can do the right things to make that money.

Being ok with loss will help process your grief, fear, and sadness, while accepting even though you don’t like it, you can’t change it. You can only change the way you feel about it.

I will be sharing “I’m Ok” Statements that patients have worked through in real sessions to illustrate the variety of topics we cover in NET sessions and how versatile the Neuro Emotional Technique is.
