This is definitely not your everyday project! Fold + Form is transforming an abandoned warehouse in Over-The-Rhine into a LEED Platinum residence. The original warehouse ceiling opens up to a new second floor, letting natural light flood in throughout the space.

Located near Smale Riverfront Park in downtown Cincinnati, the Moerlein Lager House features outstanding views of the surrounding area as well as an outdoor beer garden. The LEED-certified restaurant also houses a working microbrewery.
