Breaking news! Ohio lawmakers have introduced a new bill to create a community solar pilot program. Many homeowners and businesses cannot install solar on their own roof or property. The passing of HB 197 would allow for citizens and businesses to subscribe to local solar energy installations to reduce their utility bills, promote grid stability and modernization. 27 other states have already successfully created similar programs.
