We are so grateful to have a client list full of moms who have supported us in so many ways. Thank you for your words of wisdom, understanding, encouragement, and for sharing your joyful moments of motherhood with us, as well as walking through the hard moments together. We appreciate you for all that you do and all that you are. 💛

Our sauna schedule is now open for booking through the end of June! As always, if you don’t see a day or time that works for you, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate you at the beginning or end of the day.

By popular request, we’ve added a new, bigger and better sauna package. If you’re a regular sauna client, be sure to take advantage of our 20-session package, available both online and in-store.

P.S. Thank you for giving us the space to take a much-needed break from social media. While it’s not always our favorite part of the job, we know how helpful it can be for you. These past few months have been our time to “hibernate”—to reflect, continue our education, refresh, and restock. We’re excited to be working on (and already offering) new services and products just for you… stay tuned!❤️
