MCREN and Clackamas ESD are excited to offer the New Educator Collaborative to any first and second year new educator in Multnomah or Clackamas County!

The NEC helps new educators throughout the school year with timely topics, support, and best practices. New educators will gain practical strategies, work with others in similar roles, and learn from each other’s experiences.

Are you a 1st or 2nd year Principal or Assistant Principal? If so, you're eligible to join MCREN for the New Principal Collaborative this school year!

This no-cost opportunity is open to any new principal or assistant principal in Multnomah or Clackamas County.

Participants will receive the tools to implement practices of a strong leader; to build an inclusive, equity centered school culture; to mold a school where everyone wants to work; and to manage time so that student outcomes and wellbeing are always at the forefront.

The Collaborative consists of five sessions (a combination of in-person & virtual) beginning October 2024 through May 2025.
