Getting enough sleep is essential for your body and mind. Poor sleep can lead to inflammation and chronic diseases including dental and periodontal (gum) disease.
The good news is that we can take a number of steps to improve our sleep habits and overall quality of life

🤍 Try a magnesium supplement. It helps relax our muscles and nervous system (Please consult your health provider before taking any supplements)

🇺🇸 Don’t confuse Veterans Day with Memorial Day. Veterans Day is a time to thank those who are serving or have served are are still with us. Memorial Day is to reflect and remember those who lost their lives in service to our country. Confusing these or combining the two diminishes the importance of both
