Three years ago we bought these anchovies in Parma and now they are here in the shop in Claremont! They are “Delicius”-ly buttery and savory. They will totally add depth of flavor to your sauce but honestly we just like em straight out of the tin! Buon appetito, ragazzi!

We want to shout from the mountain top how good this cheese is! Mountain Top is a soft-ripened goat cheese from Firefly Farms in Accident, Maryland. And while it takes on the shape of traditional French Valencay, instead of ash on the rind, they add blue culture! Because it’s never pierced, it doesn’t have blue veining on the inside, so it’s not at all as intense as other blue cheeses. It’s pudgey, tangy and hard to resist sinking your teeth directly into it. This cheese isn’t a regular in the case so grab it while it’s here!!
