Bright, light-medium crimson red, with a gentle waft of fresh raspberries and cranberries, dried herbs, and orange jam… silky, with vibrant flavors that lead to a supple and savory finish.

Heady with earthy character, dark cherry, and palate that is woodsy and primary-fruit driven. Juicy acidity keeps this wine buoyant, and spice and sap linger on the finish.

Fragrant and expressive, this Pinot blossoms into a graceful and multifaceted wine, offering delicate blueberry and raspberry fruit threaded softly with notes of clove, vanilla, and rose petal. Its display of fruit and tannin is underscored by a sonorous baritone of tannin and flavor.

Named for the Applejack eucalyptus surrounding the vineyard, this wine is described as brashly spicy and complex with aromas of espresso, blueberries, resolving deliciously in plump, ripe fruit and beautifully resolved tannin.

Light-bodied and vibrantly acidic on the palate, this Pinot has bright red fruits like strawberry and cherry on the nose, as well as hints of citrus, spice, and floral notes like rose. The finish is mouth-filling with silky tannins.
