Dear customers, to support our community we have started a gifting program to feed those in need. Our store store in Claremore will match every gift to benefit families in need, homeless, churches, hospitals, front line workers, and other heroes you have all seen going above and beyond during this crisis. If you have someone in need let us know. It was amazing to see the response last week when a customer started with 10 Large subs in meals, the smile on people faces was priceless... Let's all create a “warm glow” effect on our community.

Bill & Ruth's at Claremore is committed to the health and safety of our dear customers and their families along with our staff and management, we wanted to notify you of some extra steps we are taking to help staying safe with the concern surrounding COVID-19.
-We have taken extra steps in cleaning and sanitizing our entire facility.
-We removed all common-used condiments at the Pickle Bar area and replaced it with pre-filled 2 oz condiments.
-All Salt & Pepper Shakers will be cleaned and sanitized and placed by the expediting area, if you wish to use salt/pepper or disposable silverware simply ask the cashier.
-We are sanitizing all commonly touched areas every 30 mins to 1 hour. If you request extra sanitation of your table and chairs, simply ask us and we will be happy to accommodate.
-As an ongoing tradition, we sanitize all tables, chairs and window seals between customers. If you request extra sanitation of your table and chairs, simply ask us and we will be happy to accommodate.
-One last step we would like to offer, if you call in your order or placed it online and you like to distance yourself from socializing, simply give us a call back when you arrive, and we will bring you the order to your car.
-We do offer online pre-ordering and delivery through 3rd party at www.billandruthscl.com
