Each course is thoughtfully designed with a food-first focus. While our dinners typically begin with a featured winery or region and build the menu around the wine, this evening flips that approach. We are diving deep into iconic Northern and Southern Italian dishes first, then pairing each course with the wine that best complements its flavor profile. These selections may come from the dish’s region of origin—or from anywhere in the world—guided by one principle: the perfect pairing.
