We just completed this main level renovation! We finished their basement several years ago and now we have remodeled the upper level to match!

The client and our team are very pleased with how this basement finish turned out. The challenge here was ensuring the client was able to achieve all the items on their wish list in a 550 square foot basement. The design utilizes different flooring in relation to the ceiling drops to separate the (4) uses (kid zone, wet bar, entertainment area and work out area) while keeping the space style/colors consistent. The client also was able to get an additional full bathroom and storage space in their new welcoming addition to their home. Anything is possible at Clarks Building with a little creativity!
