The Rest Stop

When we find our TRUE REST in the JESUS, it will keep us from utter destruction. We need to fear not entering His rest. Find rest in the Word, in prayer, worship, godly community to be encouraged, in His creation, and physical/mental/creative rest. Bring the Lord into it all and you will find that it is the best preventative care you can have. What does that mean? Pray and talk to the Lord while you are knitting, make sure you are encouraging each other in the things of God when 2 or 3 of you are gathered, pray and listen to worship while you walk/run, have the Word playing while you sleep, and so forth...you get it! -- Rest even carries eternal weight✅ Go on and rest now!
