Another great weekend at Coffee Creek with Costilow Decoys. 🦆
Duck Sushi was a highlight of the menu, the guys loved it! 👊🏼
I sous vide the duck to 130°, aiming for the texture of firm tuna/salmon. I played on duck poppers and also made some traditonal rolls as well. 🤌🏼
Crispy rice with salmon and also the same sous vide duck. 👌🏼
Smoked duck and goose pastrami charcuterie board. 🫡
Mississippi Pot Roast in some vintage crockpots. 🤩
Big brunch on Sunday with eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon, venison maple sausage. 🥞

The menu was loaded with favorites. Goose poppers (traditional and apple varieties), sausage stars, stuffed mushrooms, homemade cookies by Sweetwell Farm, homemade ice cream by my neighbor, some duck and goose pastrami charcuterie board, venison scallopine, homemade raspberry lemonade dessert by , homemade waffles, French toast, eggs, and much more.
