That’s why salon appointments often feel emotional, grounding, releasing, or even confidence shifting in ways that have nothing to do with the actual hair.

Because the transformation was never only physical.

You weren’t “just getting your hair done.”
You were reminding yourself you’re worthy of time, care, softness, and attention too.

And yet… when things get tight financially, the first things we tend to cut are the very things that remind us we’re worthy of receiving care, support, softness, and investment.

Which is interesting when you think about it.
