Unfiltered experiences

Travelled over to the east coast of Florida for a birthday dinner. We chose The Old Jailhouse Sanford because of the eclectic atmosphere. Nice, warm restaurant. We prefer the bar area for eating because it’s where the life is. The jail rooms were nice for a large party but not for two. The food was great and service from Dylan was so attentive without being bothersome. He had the champagne ready (restaurants on Open table, read your notes for reservation. It can make all the difference!) as soon as we were seated. Since it was a birthday dinner and the celebrant didn’t want dessert, Dylan put a candle 🎂 on a plate and lit it and said “You can’t have a birthday without blowing out the candles”! Perfect and thoughtful. Thank you Dylan! 💙

Cruising out tomorrow on the Star Princess. We stopped for dinner at Olive & Sea in Ft Lauderdale. Beautiful setting with views of Intercoastal. Great Mediterranean inspired dishes. Food descriptions in captions.
