We are hiring a Full Time Office Administrator.
JOB Responsibilities: Answering the phone with a smile, professional e-mail responses and updates, being a customer advocate by entering their technical issues accurately into the service desk for the technicians to complete and solve. Microsoft Excel-data entry, shipping, RMA, warranty inquiries, ordering, filing and quoting in QuickBooks
This is a great opportunity to join our amazing team of 8 employees in the challenging field of technology support for our customers.
