We get asked often by our kiddos why our homes don’t look like the houses we stage. Our answer: you live here! Home stagers are the bad guys, we ask you to declutter, move out personal items, take away your style and personal touches and we move in something entirely different. We know our role and it’s not a fun one until the end when you thank us! ;-) Lived in homes can be messy, comfy, kid friendly, and personal. Staged homes to sell need to be clean, simple, clutter free and empty of personal items. Staging works! But the process is not always easy, we get it.
