Our very own Laurie Hill, Business Development Manager, shared how Collaborative Labs helps organizations accelerate their goals through expert facilitation, strategic planning, and a space designed for breakthrough thinking. Laurie took the members through a polling process to think through what their biggest current organizational needs were as well as a one-to-one “feed forward” activity to receive input and advice from individual members on achieving successful outcomes. The result? Better understanding of individual needs that will increase services and outreach in the tourism industry.
