Watch Out for this person. He comes to open houses and claims to give you access to a miracle medical patch that cures cancer and ALL PAIN. He uses the open house to validate his pitch "a realtor (not me) just got this for her son's cancer." Yada yada bla bla bla. He is a good liar though. Very convincing, until he showed me -a few weeks ago at another open house- his "deposit statements" showing 15k a week. He didn't expect me to be a fast reader. It was his account balance, not a list of deposits. Who'd show his account balance anyway. Today I had to ask him to leave the open house because he wouldn't stop pitching the miracle cure to the open house visitors. He, basically, tries to hijack the open house for his marketing.
