Solving 2 problems on this door in Clearwater today. Rekeying it to a different set of keys so that the old keys will not work, and adjusting the strike plate to compensate for the door sag and alignment issues over the years.

Adjusting a 3-point lock in Seminole so that the door locks properly again.

Changing the storefront flip-up machanism out since the old lock wasn't latching properly in the Gateway area of Clearwater.

Somebody lost track of the office keys, so here we are reverse-engineering the masterkey system so each office has their keys again.
