Thanks to our many new and and improved bioreactor tanks, our Cleburne facility will have up to 12,000L mixing equipment capacity!

Our engineers have been working non-stop on several projects at our new Cleburne facility, including a new and improved purified water system with features such as:

✔️Multi-stage pretreatment with filtering, softening, UV disinfection.

✔️Automated treatment section with RO and Continuous Electronic Deionization.

✔️Ability to produce up to 17,000 gallons of USP purified water.

Our new Innovation Center features a large, open space that will support clean, isolated fill lines and with manufacturing space to allow for the processes that will result in a quicker turn around time. With the isolated, modular clean zones, the safety, efficacy and purity of our products will be maintained.

Welcome our newest Manufacturing Supervisor, Jeremy Janssen!

Jeremy joined our team last week and will be overseeing all of production at our Cleburne, Texas campus. Jeremy previously worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and has held positions in all departments of the industry, making him a valuable asset to the team!
