Upgrades went well although the upstream provider ran long with a configuration issue. Thank you for everyone's understanding while we made these necessary upgrades.
9/21/2022 - Fiber upgrade in NOC 4 AM to 6 AM
Digitex staff will be performing an upgrade to the fiber supplying our main NOC. This will result in a loss of service to the Cleburne, Alvarado, Joshua, Godley and some of Southern Tarrant county. The outage will begin at 4 AM and will be completed by 6 AM. Please do not reset or restart your equipment. Upon completion of the upgrade, your service will be restored.
July 26th
Our upstream provider will be performing maintenance and upgrades to our fiber connections. Outages are to expected between 12 am and 6 am. Please do not reset your equipment.
